"Founded in 2000, Café Des Amis was born from the owners' love for Maui, discovered during a family trip around the world. Emmanuelle and Bill Betham, along with their close friend Tina, moved from England to bring their passion for French and Mediterranean food to the Paia community. Their worldly travels and culinary expertise are infused into this charming local eatery."
